Hey, I’m Lisa, your future BFF. Not because of how awesome I am, but because of this incredible gift God gave me to give you permission to become who you were created to be. My awkward, my antics, my oversharing, my mile-a-minute jibber jabber — will free you to be you, to break through, and to belong.
I’m an emotional, creative, insightful, encouraging storyteller. I could tell you about my decade+ of cohosting radio shows. I could tout the thousands of women I’ve inspired into authentic relationships with themselves, others, and God. (See what I did there? I just told you. Sneaky, huh?!) But that’s not why you’re here.
I think you’re here because you’re ready for more, but you’re not quite sure why you should trust some girl in a bathtub full of balloons to tell you anything about how to show up in your life.
You shouldn’t. Don’t trust me. Trust our awesome, too-good-to-us Heavenly Father, Jesus our actual BFF, and the quiet voice of the Holy Spirit. I’m just the messenger. Doing my best to be the best megaphone I can.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I need to fire that baby up so I can shout from the rooftops permission to be you, to break through, and to belong!

My husband Ryan, daughter Josie, son Calvin, and best-dog-ever - Case.
Ryan and I have been married since 2010. Seems like just yesterday and also forever ago! 3 months in, we got a dog. 5 years later, a girl, and 3 years after that, our boy.
(And yes, we’re done.)
I sing at church, and any other place i feel like it until i get shushed. it happens a lot.
I run for fun. And to chat with God. my number one way to connect with him.
i dance like no one’s watching, or like everyone is. they call me the party-starter.
